Robert is the CEO and Co- Founder of NewGalexy and responsible for the overall operation of the legal services business. A corporate and commercial lawyer of over 20 years' experience in London.

Robert was the Senior Partner of McGrigor Donald from 1999 until 2002 and the CEO of KLegal International from 2002 until 2004. Robert's transactional experience includes international M&A and a wide range of business and commercial contracts.

Delnaz has a masters degree in International Commercial and European Law from University of Sheffield in the U.K. and worked for several years with the United Nations in Geneva and then with GlaxoSmithkline.

Delnaz leads a group of NewGalexy lawyers who assist clients with Contractual Risk Management and with the framing and negotiation of International Commercial Contracts.

Rohit is a U.K. qualified solicitor and has a masters degree in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London. He has worked with Casper Consultancy, London and leading commercial law firms in India.

Rohit leads a group of NewGalexy lawyers who provide services to online legal publishers and other clients: the work of Rohit's group includes the production of case synopses and analysis of court judgments.

Mike, is NewGalexy's U.K. Sales Director and leads our U.K business development drive. Most of Mike's 22 years of experience in sales has been in the professional services sector. Previously the sales director of Tite & Lewis (the UK law firm which was associated with E&Y), Mike has been with NewGalexy since soon after its launch. Mike is a well-known conference speaker.

He publishes articles on selling in the professional services environment.

Ardeshir, is a Co-Founder and Director of NewGalexy and has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance - with the Tata Group, Lazard and KPMG. Ardeshir was a Managing Director of KPMG's India firm - heading several business areas.

Ardeshir serves on Company Boards and has advised the Indian Government on many privatization issues.

Jeff, is an Advisory Board Director of NewGalexy. He has a BS from the U.S Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard University. Jeff was Managing Director of Towers Perrin and served on the firm's Board and Executive Committee.

Jeff has 30 years of experience in Management Consulting, Teaching and Research. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado and a committee member at the Graduate School of Business at University of Chicago.

Shubhada is a commercial lawyer with over seven years of experience. After completing her legal training, she went on to work with M/s Ashok Pratap & Company, a renowned Mumbai law firm. She has graduate degrees in Commerce (B.Com) and Law (LL.B.) from Mumbai University, India.

Shubhada leads a group of lawyers providing contract management services and is the India Support Manager for our US and UK marketing teams

Sarvarth has a BS. LL.B. degree from Symbiosis and a Masters in Business Law from National Law School, Bangalore. He has worked with Crawford Bayley in M&A and Capital Markets

Sarvarth leads a team providing Contracts Review, Risk Management and Due Diligence. He has a specialised focus on Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure
