We undertake template based reviews of legal contracts and documents, with a view to delivering a detailed understanding of the strength of - or inherent deficiencies within - contracts, and highlighting issues.

Our process allows us to tag and store each document along with its review. This is particularly useful when urgent access is later required. We also create exception and issue reports. As part of the process, we suggest actions to resolve problems identified in documents which we have reviewed and then control the timely implementation of these actions.
